My dog is a bit nervous/won’t sit still, how will you get a good picture?
All dogs are different and showing off their unique personality is what I am here to do. Your dog's welfare is paramount, so before the photoshoot I will be contacting you to find out more about them and we will talk through different ways to help them feel relaxed on the day of the shoot. I have plenty of experience in getting the best out of dogs with all kinds of temperaments and learned a few tricks over the years, so we will never do anything that would cause your dog stress. None of the dogs in my portfolio are what you might call ‘perfect’ models and many could not be off a lead, so with a bit of patience and teamwork we will find a way to capture your dog as you see them every day.

I have more than one dog, does that cost extra?
Quite simply, no. The photoshoot is for any dog in your household and I will use the time however you want it. Some people prefer to double up and book 2 back to back shoots to make sure that we can give each dog the time it deserves, but there is no requirement for this.

Can I choose the location of the shoot?
I have a range of places across the county that have been specially chosen so that we can get the most out of our time. These are all places with great light and backdrops that will allow us to show off your dog at their best. They are also chosen to be free from distractions and safe places for our four legged friends to be themselves, as well as being accessible for anyone with different mobility needs.

Are there options for custom framing styles or print sizes?
As a professional picture framer, I make all frames to order and I can accommodate different requirements, just contact me for a bespoke quote.

What if it rains on the day of the photoshoot?
Rain does not always make for the best images, so if the forecast is looking like rain then I will contact you to discuss moving the date. Likewise, if the forecast is clear but it ends up raining on the shoot then we can rebook this at no cost to you. Living in the UK can make this challenging at times, but you can be confident that you will get your full photoshoot in the right conditions to show your dog at their best.
